This is one of the MAny reasons, I am a nokia fan and I <3 Nokia.
6 million cars off the road for just a year? That's nothing. If you could stop just 6 oil tankers for a year, now thàt would be making a statement. Furthermore I am all about phone recycling but don't act like Africa wasn't ridden with garbage phones a looong time ago, phones that were in term ridden of their gold and other precious metals. It's too costly to ship and process them for what's left of good usable material in them, so everyone just dumped them in Africa. For years on end.
